The defending doubles champion of the Philly Beer Pong Tourney hit the table for a match of their own.
An early Fall pong challenge came from Amish (Amish Man) Petershiem when he dropped by Cherry Hill on his way back to Boston. With a case of beer and bright orange halloween goblets in hand, the Amish man challanged Sarge (the Dragon) Mead to a beer pong slug fest.
No strangers to the beer pong table, play began with light banter and consistent play. Petershiem drew first blood but the Dragon soon returned fire with a vengance taking and keeping a sizable lead. Petershiem kept the drinking even with his skillful throwbacks, totaling four for the evening. However, the Dragon's pong playing could not be beat and Sarge successfully defended his champion title (see Philly Beer Pong Champs). Final score Sarge 18, Petershiem 14.
On a side note, late night drunken antics almost prevented the Amish Man from running a half marathon as he taunted then fled from the Dragon. Upon fleeing around the back of the house, the Amish ran straight into a newly constructed wall, damaging his knee and removing all ability for further play.
