Ok Ladies, time to get things into gear.
Next weekend I begin to order / purchase food, beer, equipment and other pong essentials. Mr. J.B. Kain has offered to bring his table over so we will have 2 professional pong playing surfaces ready for this years tourney.

A few Beer Pong details:

2. Let me know if you are definite and also if anyone else is coming who isn't in this email chain. Mr. X, I know you have talked this up with a few people, I need a headcount. Currently, it looks like there are 11 players on board.

4. Let me know if you are coming up Friday night. Anyone who wants to stay Sat night is welcome. Bring sleeping bags, tents, whatever...

Beer Pong Rules:
Singles Beer PongTourney
1. Play starts at 12 noon.
2. Games to 5, unless it's the final, then game to 7.
3. Win by 2.
4. 1 Hour Max limit/1.5 for finals. (Highest Score at the end of the duration or Game to 5, which ever is quicker.)
5. Alpha Sigma rules apply - In case of a dispute, class of 1990 players will rule (Unless they are affected by the outcome)
6. Anyone getting a "Bye" must drink one half the total amount consumed by another game in their "Bye" bracket. That game will be selected randomly.
7. The singles bracket will be determined via the Wildman seed rankings. Mr. Wildman will oversee this.

Doubles Beer Pong Tourney
1. Play starts when a table is available. (Estimated 6PM start).
2. Games to 5, final game to 7.
3. Win by 2
4. 1 Hour Max limit/1.5 for finals. (Highest Score at the end of the duration or Game to 5, which ever is quicker.)
5. Alpha Sigma rules apply - In case of a dispute, class of 1990 players will rule (Unless they are affected by the outcome)

Beer Pong Fees:
To cover the costs of Beer, Food and Tourney fees, each player will be assessed a $25 entrance fee.

Sarge's In-the-House Rules
Because I am engaged to a Philipino there are a couple house rules we must all respect. (You'll love this)
1. No shoes allowed on kitchen or bedroom levels
2. No wrestling, drink spilling, food dropping, smoking or vomiting in the house (Field, this includes you)
3. No humping the neighbor's dog, daughter or dodge

OK, that's about it. The beer will be flowin and the grill will be smokin. See you ladies on the table!
